HCL Technologies (HCLTech) expanded its digital transformation partnership with Transport for NSW, Australia. A new five-year agreement was signed to provide managed services for critical applications, platforms, and cloud operations.
The partnership aims to enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational resilience for Transport for NSW. HCLTech will manage over 260 applications, focusing on AI, automation, and embedded security services.
The collaboration is designed to create a secure, future-ready infrastructure, enabling seamless onboarding of new transport applications. The partnership will drive innovation, operational efficiencies, and adaptability to meet evolving customer demands.
Sonia Eland, Executive President of HCLTech, emphasized the significance of this partnership in showcasing their expertise in delivering resilient digital solutions.
