PNB Housing Finance's Interim CFO 'Kaushal Mithani' steps down

PNB Housing Finance Limited informed the exchanges and investors that Kaushal Mithani, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has resigned.

The company has relieved Kaushal from his responsibilities with effect from August 23, 2022.

The company further stated that the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer is under process. It shall make a separate intimation after all the necessary formalities will be completed.

The company also expressed that there will be no disruption in the activities of the CFO, as it has an experienced team to manage the CFO function in the meantime.

At around 12.20 PM, PNB Housing Finance’s counter was trading 1.21% higher at Rs361.10, against its previous close of Rs356.80 on the National Stock Exchange. So far, it hit intraday high and low of Rs366.95 and Rs356.90 respectively.
