Tata Motors Sees Marginal Sales Growth in November

Tata Motors reported a slight increase in total sales at 74,753 units for November 2024. That is a minor increase from 74,172 units sold in November 2023.

Tata Motors said that 1% of the domestic sales went up. The PV sales of the company increased by 2%, which includes electric vehicles. It sold 47,117 PVs during the November 2024 period. That is a little over 46,143 units they sold in the same month last year. Domestic-wise, Tata Motors sold 73,246 units for November 2024 against 72,647 units for the same month last year.

In the domestic market, PV sales, comprising electric vehicles, have risen 2%. In November 2024, Tata Motors sold 47,063 units compared with 46,068 units in November 2023. Commercial vehicle sales declined marginally, by 1%. Tata Motors reported commercial vehicle sales of 27,636 units in November 2024 as compared with 28,029 units for the same period last year.

While passenger vehicles showed healthy growth on the back of demand for electric vehicles, it is still witnessing some upbeat movement on that count.
