AWFIS Space Solutions inks largest managed aggregation deal

On Tuesday (August 27), co-working space operator Awfis Space Solutions Ltd announced a partnership with the Nyati Group for an extra 3 lakh square feet of Grade A workspace.

This agreement is the largest under the Managed Aggregation (MA) Model, expanding our present MA model portfolio and greatly increasing Awfis’ footprint in Pune.

With this expansion, Awfis presently has a combined half-million square feet of Grade-A flexible workspace with the Nyati Group, a renowned real estate developer in Pune, West India. This affiliation improves our partnership while also accelerating growth and innovation in Pune’s corporate ecosystem.

Through this collaboration, Awfis will deliver premium flexible workspaces at Nyati Group’s major commercial buildings, Nyati Empress in Viman Nagar and Nyati Enthral in Kharadi. This successful collaboration will result in 1,67,206 square feet of extremely desirable office space in these two strong commercial districts.

At around 3.02 PM, Awfis Space was trading 4.15% higher at ₹798.55, against the previous close of ₹766.70 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday high and low of ₹824.55, and ₹767.25, respectively.
