Bajaj Consumer Care stated that the company has logged flat revenue in Q2 FY25, with operating profit totalling ₹233.98 Crore, down just 0.4% from ₹234.85 Crore last year and 4.9% from Q1 FY25.
Total income decreased marginally to ₹242.85 Crore from ₹246.24 Crore in the previous year.
EBITDA decreased 11% to ₹32.64 Crore from ₹36.69 Crore in Q2 FY24.
The company’s EBITDA margins also fell, to 13.9% from 15.6% a year ago, showing persistent challenges on operating efficiency and cost control.
The net profit (PAT) declined by 15% year on year to ₹31.85 Crore from ₹37.27 Crore, with a small improvement over the prior quarter. The company’s profit before tax (PBT) decreased to ₹38.84 Crore from ₹45.38 Crore in the previous quarter due to persistent margin challenges.
Bajaj Consumer Care sells cosmetics, toiletries, and other personal care items. The Company operates in both domestic and foreign markets.
