JSW Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, please find attached the Postal Ballot Notice (???Notice???) for seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the appointment of Mr. Parth Jindal (DIN: 06404506) as a Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) of the Company with effect from 28th October, 2022.The Notice is being sent by e-mail to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (???Depositories???) and whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories as on Friday, 18th November, 2022 (cut-off date). The remote e-voting period will commence at 9:00 a. m. (IST) on Wednesday, 23rd November, 2022 and will end at 5:00 p. m. (IST) on Thursday, 22nd December, 2022.
