The Exchange has sought clarification from Kavveri Telecom Products Limited with respect to announcement dated 13-Aug-2022 informing about Resignation.On the basis of aforesaid announcement, the Company is required to provide/clarify the following: 1. Disclosure of relationships between directors (in case of appointment of a director) 2. Confirmation from Director that there are no material reasons for resignation other than that disclosed 3. Detailed Reasons for Resignation 4. Date of appointment/cessation (as applicable) and term of appointment 5. Resignation letter 6. Affirmation that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority 7. Names of listed entities in which the resigning director holds directorships, indicating the category of directorship and membership of board committees The response of the company is awaited.
