The Exchange had sought clarification from Kavveri Telecom Products Limited with respect to announcement dated 13-08-2022 regarding Resignation.On the basis of aforesaid disclosure, the Listed entity was required to clarify the following:1. Disclosure of relationships between directors (in case of appointment of a director)2. Confirmation from Director that there are no material reasons for resignation other than that disclosed3. Detailed Reasons for Resignation4. Date of appointment/cessation (as applicable) and term of appointment5. Resignation letter6. Affirmation that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority7. Names of listed entities in which the resigning director holds directorships, indicating the category of directorship and membership of board committeesThe response of the company is attached.
