The Exchange had sought clarification from KPI Green Energy Limited with respect to announcement dated 27-09-2022 regarding General updates.On the basis of aforesaid disclosure, the Listed entity was required to clarify the following:Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts:1. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s);2. Time period by which the order(s)/contract(s) is to be executed;3. Whether the promoter/ promoter group / group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s)? If yes, nature of interest and details thereof;4.
