NBCC (India) Limited has received a work order worth about ₹161.55 Crore (excluding GST). The order is for interior work at Tower H of the World Trade Centre in Narouji Nagar, New Delhi.
The company has received this order from Power Finance Corporation Limited and is a routine business order for NBCC.
Last week, NBCC India finished the e-auction of its flagship residential project called Aspire Silicon City — Phase 4. The business has awarded the development and selling rights to AU Real Estate. The transaction took place for a consideration of ₹1,467.93 Crore.
The e-auction is among the largest property deals in the region this year. As per the company, the stated project is located in one of Noida’s developed sectors. It spans across 8.5 acres and consists of seven residential towers. Out of the total apartments, the business has handed over five towers – housing 446 apartments to AU Real Estate as part of the deal.
To cater to the increasing demand for larger, more luxurious homes, NBCC has restructured the layout of Aspire Silicon City – Phase 4.
The new design includes spacious apartment units, having a limited number of penthouses. In each apartment, they offer expansive terraces, and two or three apartments at each floor for better privacy.
At around 10.34 AM, NBCC was trading 0.22% higher at ₹113.46, against the previous close of ₹113.21 on NSE.
