Petronet LNG Limited has informed the Exchange about cessation of Alka Mittal as Nominee Director of the company w.e.f. 01-Sep-2022.In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has received a letter dated 8th September 2022 from M/s Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) which communicated the following:1. Withdrawal of nomination of Dr. Alka Mittal (DIN: 07272207) due to her retirement from the services of ONGC on attaining the age of superannuation on 31st August, 2022 and thus ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f. 1st September, 2022. 2. Nomination of Shri Rajesh Kumar Srivastava (DIN: 08513272), CMD (Additional Charge) & Director (Exploration), ONGC as a Nominee Director of ONGC on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited w.e.f. 7th September 2022 in place of Dr. Alka Mittal (DIN: 07272207). The details of Shri Rajesh Kumar Srivastava (DIN: 08513272) shall be intimated after his appointment on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.This is for your kind information and records please.
