Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the Voting Results of the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Wednesday, 3rd August, 2022 at 3:30 P.M. IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The mode of voting was remote e-voting and e-voting at the 13th AGM of the Company.The Scrutinizer has given his consolidated Report dated 4th August, 2022 on remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM and on the basis the Scrutinizers Report, I, Om Prakash Pandey, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, being authorised in this behalf, hereby declare that all the three (3) resolutions for the business items as set out in the Notice of the 13th AGM have been passed by the members of the Company with requisite majority. The details of voting result in respect of ordinary resolution for ordinary business as set out at Item No. 1, 2 and 3 of the Notice of the 13th AGM of the Company and Report of the Scrutinizer are enclosed.
