The Exchange has sought clarification from Williamson Magor & Company Limited with respect to announcement dated 11-Jul-2022 informing about General Updates.On the basis of aforesaid announcement, the Company is required to provide/clarify the following:Granting, withdrawal, surrender, cancellation or suspension of key licenses or regulatory approvals 1. Withdrawal/cancellation or suspension of licence/approval by the regulatory or licensing authority, with reasons for such action, estimated impact (monetary or otherwise) on the listed entity and penalty, if any; 2. Subsequently, the listed entity shall inform the stock exchange(s), the actual impact (monetary or otherwise) along with corrective actions taken by the listed entity pursuant to the withdrawal, cancellation or suspension of the key license/ approval. The response of the company is awaited.
