Abans Holdings IPO Allotment: Here’s how to check

Those investors who have applied for the IPO can check allotment status online by logging in at BSE website or at the website of official registrar of the IPO. Bigshare Services is the registrar of the issue.

Here you need to select the company name as Abans Holdings Limited and then need to enter the PAN details and application number.

The company has issued 12,800,000 equity shares at the price band of Rs 256-270 per share. The IPO received bids for 1.40 crore shares. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed 4.1 times the allotted quota. Meanwhile, high networth individuals (HNIs) bought 1.48 times the reserved portion and retail investors bought 0.40 times shares of the quota set aside for them.

Abans Holdings IPO is expected to list on BSE and NSE on December 23.
