As per BSE website, the ₹410 crore initial public offer of Arkade Developers was subscribed 106.40 times. The highest subscription was received from QIB portion who booked 163.16 times of the quota reserved. The issue was subscribed 163.02 times by non-institutional investors while retail investors booked 51.39 times.
The company will use net proceeds from the IPO towards funding ongoing project, to invest in future projects and for other general corporate purposes.
