Policyholders will likely get an Rs60 discount and an Rs45 discount for retail investors and employees. At the upper end of the price band, LIC is looking to raise close to Rs21,000 crore, the media reports added.
Meanwhile, the company is set to officially announce the same in a press conference on Wednesday in Mumbai.
