The company has executed agreement to lease with MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation), Chandrapur (Tadali) Growth Centre, Dist. Chandrapur and the same is registered with Inspector general of Registration, Chandrapur.
Consequent to execution of lease agreement, land acquisition at the aforesaid plot at Chandrapur has been completed, said company in a regulatory filing.
At around 12:26 PM, Alphalogic Techsys was trading at Rs36.90 per piece higher by 6.65% on the BSE.
