Wipro Limited informed that tech giant company has completed the acquisition of Encore Theme Technologies Private Limited by adding a 3.3 per cent equity stake in the firm.
According to the filing, the latest purchase has taken its stake in Encore Theme to 96.7 per cent and with the completion of the acquisition it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. December 27, 2022.
At around 12:44 PM, Wipro was trading at Rs387.55 per share higher by 0.10% on the BSE.
