With this, the company's aggregated gross development value (GDV) across its real estate projects will cross nearly ₹40,000 crore.
The project is expected to have revenue potential of ₹1,800 crore and will add to the company’s growing real estate portfolio.
Revenue from operations jumped 40.6% YoY to ₹953.9 crore compared with ₹678.5 crore in Q3 FY24, mainly on account of growth in the real estate segment.
Established in 1925, Raymond's company, which also consists of its engineering and real estate divisions, separated its lifestyle section earlier this year
On Thursday, the corporate board approved the demerger of the real estate business into a wholly-owned subsidiary Raymond Realty Limited.
