Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company hasappointed Mr. Gurcharan Das (DIN 00100011) as Non-Executive Independent Director of theCompany, for a period of five years, with effect from September 1, 2022. The said appointment is subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.Mr. Das does not hold any shares in the Company. None of the Directors are related to Mr. Das. Also, he has provided a disclosure to effect that he is not debarred or disqualified fromholding the office of Director by virtue of any order from SEBI/MCA or any such statutory authority.
