Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the recommendation and approval of the Audit Committee, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on August 04, 2022 approved the appointment of Mr. Mahendra Naredi as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective August 04, 2022.
