Brief me about your brand.
BYLD Group was founded in 1998 with the vision of being the most preferred and comprehensive provider of personal, professional, and organizational effectiveness solutions. Today, we are the largest group in the South Asian region with partnerships with leading global players spearheading in the fields of coaching, leadership development and training; providing value-added services in professional areas of human resources, business operations and related areas.
How did it start? How was the experience?
Let me share with you an anecdote about how it all started. I attended leadership training while I was working with one of the companies. During a conversation with one of the trainers, he suggested that I have the potential to take this forward. Call it anything, I believe that BYLD Group was meant to happen.
At the time when we started in 1998, the concept was not new though but wasn't sought after. With time the need and the demand have sharply increased, and so has our service domain. Being at the nascent stage of our entrepreneurial journey, the challenges were the same as any start-up. But we went from strength to strength and built a strong foundation.
We began expanding our services to all lengths and breadths to provide comprehensive product solutions. Moreover, our global alliances in the field of leadership development, coaching, assessments, staffing, etc., enable us to gain access to the global curriculum, which has been thoroughly researched for over 3 decades and validated across cultures.
Over the years we learned through our experience that the companies were looking far beyond and at much more inclusive services in this domain. We realized that there is an increasing need in client organizations to have a single one-point entity to take care of all their above-mentioned requirements. BYLD Group today has the capacity to serve clients at any level in terms of leadership development, right from the board room to the front end. It has got the maximum versatility in terms of the curriculum in terms of the breadth, the depth, and the methodology.
What challenges did you face, and how did you tackle them?
BYLD Group is the brainchild of people with a mission to enable individuals and organizations to achieve EXCELLENCE through innovative and integrated solutions. There were slight hiccups at the start because the L&D industry was not sought after at the time when BYLD Group came into being. The need and the importance of learning and development have been realized over time, and Corporates today invest majorly in the learning and development of their employees. BYLD Group provides assessment, coaching, leadership development and training, and staffing, all under one umbrella. BYLD Group today can serve clients at any level in terms of leadership development, right from the boardroom to the front end. It has the greatest curriculum versatility in terms of breadth, depth, and methodology, and we are the only one in this industry to provide a holistic, comprehensive set of solutions under one umbrella.
How about the competition? How are you different from the other players in the market?
BYLD Group is the only company in India that offers a plethora of services under one umbrella. There is no such competition per se. Although several companies operate in the same domain, BYLD Group, however, has an edge. There is no such single entity offering such comprehensive services under one basket. Our varied services include leadership development, staffing, assessments, coaching, and so forth under one roof. Over that, we have a team of consultants with over 2000+hours of experience in consulting, who can localize, adapt and even curate new courses if required. What sets us apart is - first, our international alliances help us get access to well researched global curriculum verified across cultures. To date, how much money have you raised and when (please give break up) with the investor's name? Anything in the pipeline ?
BYLD Group has not needed to raise funds since its inception. We take pride in stating that we are the largest company in this industry offering comprehensive solutions. . We provide services in the areas of staffing, assessment, coaching, leadership development etc, that is, we provide technology-enabled HR and business productivity solutions. There is hardly any single establishment in the industry that can provide these solutions at all levels of management. Yes, things are going very well right now, and we don't see that changing soon.
How many customers/client bases do you have to date? What are your targets?
BYLD Group is committed to enabling individuals and organizations to achieve EXCELLENCE, backed by 1000+ years of accumulated professional experience and having served 5,00,000+ individuals worldwide. We provide solutions across organizational hierarchies, from the boardroom to front-line employees. BYLD Group offers professional services to Fortune 500 companies and across industries such as IT, hospitality, manufacturing, health care, government, automobiles, lifestyle, engineering, electronics, and so on. We now have a team of consultants in the group who have worked with us for 20-25 years and have accumulated more than 2000 hours of consulting experience, and who can localize, adapt, and even curate new courses if required.
How many cities do you have a presence in the domestic and overseas market and are there any expansion plans?
BYLD Group is based out of Gurgaon, Haryana. However, we provide our services and products across India. Our PAN India presence enables us to deliver and service our clients in corners of India. We also aspire to extend our service offerings and expand our business across multiple domains. Currently, we have 10+ global partners who provide globally researched and benchmarked, culturally neutral, and customizable products and services. We plan to expand our services internationally, and we will throw light on the same soon.
Please highlight your technological strengths.
One of the services we provide under BYLD Group is staffing. With YOMA business solution, we provide third-party manpower services to corporate clients across PAN India. Our company's success is based on continuous innovation and improvement in our processes, and automation keeps us ahead of the competition. All of our business and processes are run on an in-house developed automated system called "Proanto," which provides real-time data analytics with all reports uploaded using the robust inbuilt software.
What is the market size of your field? What is the scope concerning the Indian and global markets?
BYLD Group is the largest company in the South Asian region offering technology-enabled HR and business productivity solutions. We provide services pan India on an organizational and individual level and at all levels of management. Our robust and comprehensive services are not limited to a specific industry. We offer services across industries and domains. With the kind of change that the last 2 years have brought to the world, it has functioned through virtual means. The hybrid model has indeed connected the world further and has been the catalyst to applying functions into place. It has also played an intricate part for us as well, and we have been offering our services through virtual platforms. Also customizing some as per our clients' requirements. Talking about the scope, the corporate world has come to realize the importance of learning and development to align employee goals and performance with that of the organization. Also, the pandemic has disrupted the very existence of the traditional workplace and our services have been instrumental to maximise growth and productivity in organizations.
