Quona Capital has announced the final closing of its third fund, Fund III, at $332 million, surpassing its initial objective of $250 million.
With this, the total committed money for the VC firm with an emphasis on emerging markets since its founding now exceeds $745 million.
The business has supported companies including, among others, the e-commerce marketplace Ula, the online investing platform Fisdom, and the buy-now-pay-later platform ZestMoney.
In Latin America, India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, Quona invests in enterprises that increase underserved people' and businesses' access to financial services.
