Venus Pipes' stock up by 6%

In Friday's intraday trade on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), shares of Venus Pipes & Tubes increased by 6% to Rs 723.80 after Himalya Finance & Investment Company purchased 5 million shares of the business on the open market on Thursday. From its intraday low of Rs. 644.55 on Thursday, the stock of the price of iron and steel products increased by 12%. Its record high was Rs 775 on November 9.

Himalaya Finance & Investment Company purchased 5 million shares:

According to NSE data, Himalaya Finance & Investment Company made a block deal to buy 5 million shares of Venues Pipes on December 1, 2022, accounting for 2.5% of the company's total equity. Data indicates that the shares were bought for Rs 650.42 each. Using an average price of Rs 651.76 per share, individual investor Manojsingh Jadoun sold 664,397 shares of the company, according to data.
