Black Box logs PAT at Rs15.38 crore for Q3FY22

Its PAT for the quarter ended December 2021 stood at Rs15.38 crore against Rs36.80 crore for the quarter ended December 2020, a decline of 58.20% yoy.

Black Box Ltd.’s (AGC Network) consolidated revenue from operations for December 2021 quarter stood at Rs1,387.41 crore as against Rs1,241.07 crore for December 2020 quarter, up by 11.31% yoy. Revenue for the 9M period ended December 2021 stood at Rs3,927.92 crore against Rs3,452.82 crore for the previous 9M period, increasing 13.76% yoy.

Its PAT for the quarter ended December 2021 stood at Rs15.38 crore against Rs36.80 crore for the quarter ended December 2020, a decline of 58.20% yoy. PAT for the 9M period ending December 2021 stood at Rs57 crore against Rs76.66 crore for the previous 9M period, diving 25.65% yoy.

The company’s PBT stood at Rs18.64 crore for December 2021 quarter, as against Rs42.09 crore for the previous corresponding quarter, shedding 55.71% yoy. Company’s PBT for the 9M period ended December 2021 stood at Rs62.81 crore as against Rs86.49 crore for the corresponding 9M period, reflecting decline of 27.38% year-on-year.

Its EPS narrowed from existing Rs13.42 for Q3FY21 to Rs7.46 for Q3FY22.

At around 1 PM, Black Box was trading at Rs828.75 up by Rs4.05 or 0.49% from its previous closing of Rs824.70 on BSE. The scrip opened at Rs851.30 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs852.05 and Rs828.75 respectively.
