GRM Overseas board to declare interim dividend for Q3FY22 on Jan 24; Stock plunges 5%

GRM Overseas Ltd has announced to the exchanges that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 24, 2022, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the important business matters.

As per regulatory filing, the board will consider and approve declaration of an interim Dividend for Q3 FY 2021-22 to the equity shareholders of the Company.

And  further, the board will consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2021.

At around 9:43 AM, GRM Overseas was trading at Rs734.05 apiece down by Rs38.6 or 5% on Sensex tracking bearish markets tone on Friday's trade.
