ICICI Lombard zooms ~1.5% as board to consider interim dividend on April 21

The company stated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022, in Mumbai.

ICICI Lombard’s scrip added nearly 1.5% in early morning trade today as the company informed investors of its meeting to be held in April to consider the financial statements and interim dividend.

The company stated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022, in Mumbai to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and fiscal year ending on March 31, 2022, and to recommend declaration of dividend, if any, for the financial year ending on March 31, 2022.

It further stated that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from Friday, April 1, 2022, to Saturday, April 23, 2022.

ICICI Lombard’s stock was trading at Rs1,291.80, up by 1.25% against its previous close of Rs1,275.85 on the NSE. It touched an intraday high and low of Rs1,294.20 and Rs1,275.85 respectively.
