  1. Tata Motors:

The domestic auto giant has signed a deal with Everest Fleet Pvt Ltd to provide 5,000 XPRES-T EVs.

  1. Wipro:

Capco, a new financial services advising firm, has been launched in the Middle East, according to a Wipro announcement.

  1. State Bank of India:

The largest state-owned lender in the nation announced that its board has authorized a plan to raise Rs 10,000 crore through Tier I bonds.

  1. Power Grid Corporation:

A proposal to invest Rs 330.61 crore in a transmission project has been accepted by the board of directors of the state-owned corporation.

  1. IRCTC:

In order to raise up to Rs2,700 crore, the government will sell up to 5% of its shares in IRCTC through an offer for sale (OFS) at a floor price of Rs 680 per share.

  1. AstraZeneca Pharma India:

Gagandeep Singh Bedi has resigned as managing director.

  1. Poonawalla Fincorp:

The non-banking division of the Cyrus Poonawalla Group announced the sale of its housing business Poonawalla Housing Finance to TPG for a sum of Rs 3,900 crore.

  1. PVR & INOX Leisure:

The non-profit organization CUTS filed a complaint with the NCLAT against the order that the fair trade authority CCI has issued rejecting their complaint about the proposed merger of the multiplex chains.

  1. Shriram Properties:

The real estate company has taken over a troubled project in Benglauru and plans to invest up to Rs 125 crore in its development.

  1. VRL Logistics:

According to the bulk deal information available with the NSE, the promoter Vijay Basavanneppa Sankeshwar sold a 5.4% stake  in the logistics business at an average price of Rs 570 per share for more than Rs 273.14 crore.
