4 Aug 2022 , 01:32 PM

Wipro Limited, a leading provider of technology services and consulting, has announced a new five-year strategic partnership with Nokia, the world's leading multinational networking, telecommunications, and consumer electronics company.

The new agreement builds on a partnership that began over 20 years ago and demonstrates the strength of the relationship.

Wipro will provide global business services to Nokia in support of its new operating model, with a focus on process optimization, touchless processing, and improved user and customer experience across the supply chain, order management, finance, and accounting operations.

By leveraging Wipro's unique transformation and innovation capabilities, Nokia has taken a significant step toward digitalization and automation of its operations.

"We have a strategic alliance with Nokia that is built over 20 years of relationship on shared values. We now share a common goal i.e., to achieve measurable and impactful business outcomes through technology, automation, and process digitization. We aspire to help Nokia conquer the 5G era and beyond," commented Vinay Firake, Senior Vice President and Managing Director - Nordics, Wipro Ltd.
