Zee Learn appoints Anish Shah as Chief Financial Officer

Zee Learn Ltd., an Indian education venture, on Tuesday announced the appointment of Anish Shah as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from January 18, 2022.

In the brief profile attached company stated that Anish Shah is a Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of post-qualification experience. He has rich experience across various industries like Airlines, Fin-Tech, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications. He has functional experience in various areas of finance like IND-AS, finalization of Accounts, MIS, Business Finance, FP&A, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Accounts Payable, SAP automation, Financial Modeling, Cost optimization, etc.

Anish was last associated with IL&FS Securities as CFO, prior to that he served as Head of Financial Controls at Jet Airways. Before working with Jet Airways, Anish was the General Manager (Finance, Compliance & Accounts) at Reliance Jio.

Zee learn operates through various schools and vocational education in India. It operates various school networks namely, Mount Litera Zee School, Kidzee Pre-Schools, Mount Litera School International, Mount Litera World Preschool, Zee Institute of Media Arts (ZIMA), Zee Institute of Creative Arts (ZICA).

Zee Learn Ltd is currently trading at Rs16.30 down by Rs0.25 or 1.51% from its previous closing of Rs16.55 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs16.50 and has touched a intraday high and low of Rs16.60 and Rs16.15 respectively.
