RVNL Secures ₹625 Crore EPC Contract for Railway Track Doubling in Maharashtra

South Central Railway has issued a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract. The work envisages doubling of Parbhani Parli railway section in Maharashtra over 58.06 km excluding the Gangakhed yard.

Electrification and signalling works are also part of the track doubling contract. The total contract value is of ₹625.08 crore, including GST, with an expected time of completion of 30 months. RVNL’s expansion role in India’s infrastructure sector.

The company won yet another contract from Eastern Railway for earthwork, bridge construction and laying railway track worth ₹837.67 crore recently. The project awarded by South Central Railway will be executed solely by RVNL. No related party involves or promoter interest in the awarding entity.
