Domestic airline Vistara announced on May 16th its plans to merge its frequent flyer program, Club Vistara, with Air India’s Flying Returns program by the end of 2024. During the transitional period, Club Vistara will remain operational until the merger process is finalized. Once the integration is completed, all Club Vistara accounts will be seamlessly migrated to Air India’s Flying Returns program. Vistara has assured its members that updates regarding the Club Vistara co-branded cards will be provided in the upcoming weeks.
Furthermore, Vistara has made it clear that members of the Club Vistara program will have the option to opt out of the migration process. For those who choose to remain, the airline pledges to honor all existing points and benefits associated with the Club Vistara program. However, if members do not opt out within 21 days of the migration announcement, Vistara will initiate the automatic process of transferring their accounts to Air India’s membership program.
