The issue has been subscribed 106.40 times which was close on September 19. The company raised a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹410 crore with no component of offer-for-sale. Ahead IPO, the company had raised ₹122.40 crore from anchor investors.
The company will use proceeds from the IPO towards the development of company’s ongoing and upcoming projects.
