The Board of Wardwizard Innovations Mobility at its meeting held on 24 August 2022 has considered and approved to waiveforgo the right to receive a final dividend of Rs 0075 paise per equity share @ 75Percentage at par value Rs 1 each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2021-2022 of the Promoters Promoter Group s holding 183670000 number of Equity shares of the company as informed in the form prescribed by the Board of Directors of the Company
