Firstsource Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange about Proceedings of Annual General Meeting held on 03-Aug-2022 In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, kindly note that the following businesses, as set out in the Notice convening the 21st Annual General Meeting (???AGM) of the members of the Company, were transacted at the AGM held on Wednesday, 3rd August 2022 at 10.00 a.m. IST (Indian Standard Time) and concluded at 10.50 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Video Means (OAVM). The meeting was held in compliance with the General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Circulars issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder.
