R. Pandhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad (ICAI Registration No. 112360W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company till the conclusion of 34th AGM of the Company.
