Larsen Toubro has purchased the entire stake held by Chiyoda Corporation in LT-Chiyoda LTC a joint venture between Larsen Toubro and Chiyoda Corporation Chiyoda in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement dated 22 November 2022 The acquisition cost is Rs 75 crore for 4500000 shares aggregating to 50Percentage of the shareholding The transaction is expected to be completed by 31 December 2022
