Dear Sir,Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today i.e. December 5, 2022, consider and approved:1. Appointment of Mr. Dheeraj Kumar as Executive Director (DIN 07046151) of the Company with immediate effect for a term of two years from December 5, 2022 upto December 4, 2024, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. Previously he was Non-Executive Director of the Company;2. Appointment of Mr. Rajiv Jain as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Previously he was Chief Executive Officer (Officiating) of the Company.3. Resignation of Mr. Amit Agrawal from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.The Meeting was commenced from 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:45 p.m.
