Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited has informed the Exchange about Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 23-Dec-2022The 44th Annual Genernl Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday,December 23, 2022 at 3.00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other AudioVisual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministryof Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). 44thAGM notice is enclosed.2. In accordance with relevant circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, Notice of 44th AGMand Annual Report for the financial year 2021-22 will be sent only by electronic modeto those members whose e-mail address are registered with the Depositories/RT A3. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remainclosed from Saturday, December 17, 2022 to Friday, December 23, 2022 (both daysinclusivP.) for taking record of the Members or the Company for the purpose of AGM.4. Company will be proviuing remote e-voting facility to the shareholders from Monday,December 19, 2022 9:00 a.m.(IST) to Thursday, December 22, 2022 5.00 p.m.(IST).The cut-off date to determine the entitlement of the members for lhe purpose of remotee-voting and e-voting at the AGM is December 16, 2022. The details about the mannerof attending the AGM and casting of votes by members is set out in the Notice of theAGM.Company has fixed Friday, December 16, 2022 as the Record Date for determiningentitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022
