We would like to inform that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Monday, 13th June 2022 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to Final Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors of Company, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the 77th AGM of the Company. Payment of such Dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made by 27th June, 2022.
