Sonata Software secures multi-million dollar IT deal

Sonata Software Ltd, a global IT services and technology solutions company, announced on Wednesday (August 28) that it has secured a multi-year, multi-million dollar IT outsourcing contract from a US-based top healthcare and wellness organisation.

The primary objective of the US company is to provide tailored, high-quality care that addresses the particular requirements of vulnerable patients and underprivileged communities in tough clinical contexts and other behavioural health settings.

As part of the collaboration, Sonata Software will help the client optimise IT budgets and cost efficiencies through systemic improvements and engineering levers, as well as modernise their technology landscape by leveraging artificial intelligence, enterprise data, and hyper-automation across patient-facing systems and back-office operations.

At around 2.09 PM, Sonata Software was trading 5.91% higher at ₹661.40, against the previous close of ₹624.50 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday high and low of ₹678.95, and ₹641.40, respectively.
