The trading window closure, as aforesaid will be applicable for the purpose of split of Equity Shares of Company and Interim Dividend also due to falling within the same period and considering both the said businesses in the same Board Meeting scheduled on October 27, 2022, wherein financial results will also be considered. In view of above, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from October 01, 2022 to October 29, 2022 for all the three businesses of Company as aforesaid and the same be taken on record accordingly.
