Toyota shatters monthly sales record in February

With 25,220 units sold in February, Toyota Kirloskar Motor achieved its best-ever monthly wholesales on Friday.

Compared to 15,685 units in February 2023, the company’s overall deliveries to dealers climbed by 61% to 25,220 units last month.

The carmaker noted in a statement that although domestic sales were 23,300 units, exports were 1,920 units for the month.

‘We are still seeing a rise in demand as well as solid consumer inquiries from all throughout the region. According to Sabari Manohar, vice president of sales, service, and used car business at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, ‘the SUV and MUV models are leading the way in this demand surge.’

‘We have begun the year with high optimism, we look forward to adding value and ensuring sustained market performance by fulfilling customer expectations,’ he stated.
