V2 Retail Limited has informed the Exchange that India 2020 Fund II, Limited ???the Fund??? pursuant to Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement dated 13 October 2017 with the Company vide its letter dated 11 August, 2022 has withdrawn the nomination of Ms. Rochelle Susanna Dsouza (DIN : 07854452), Non Executive – Nominee Director of the Company from the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from August 11, 2022. Accordingly, Ms. Rochelle Susanna Dsouza ceased to be Non Executive – Nominee Director of the Company w.e.f. 11 August, 2022 pursuant to above withdrawal of nomination by the Fund/Investor.
