Early on Thursday, the price of gold per 10 grams increased by Rs320, to Rs51,550 for the 24-carat yellow metal. A 100 rupee increase brought the cost of silver to Rs55,000 per kilogram.
On Thursday, ten grams of 22-carat gold were trading for Rs47,250, a rise of Rs250. 24-carat gold is currently going for Rs51,550 per 10 grams in Mumbai and Kolkata, while 22-carat gold is going for Rs47,250 in each city. Gold in Delhi is currently selling for Rs51,710 per 10 gm for 24-carat gold and Rs47,400 for 22-carat gold.
Gold in Chennai is currently selling for Rs52,420 for 24 Carat and Rs48,050 for 22 Carat. One kilogram of silver was now selling for Rs 55,000 in Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata. Silver is available for purchase for Rs 60,900 per kg in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Kerala.
