The Rs 865 crore initial public offer (IPO) of Avalon Technologies opens for subscription today, April 3 and will conclude on April 6. The company is issuing its shares at an issue price band of Rs 415-436 per share. Click here to subscribe the IPO.

The IPO comprises a of fresh issue of shares up to Rs 324 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 545 crore by promoters and selling shareholders. A total of 20.8 lakh equity shares will be on offer.

The company has reserved 75% of the issue for QIBs, 15% for NIIs and 10% for retail investors

The company on Friday said it has raised a little over Rs 389 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial share sale. The company has decided to allocate a total of 89.27 lakh equity shares to 24 funds at Rs 436 apiece.
