Diffusion Engineers Ltd’s initial public offering, which is set to close today (Monday, September 30), has gotten a strong reaction from all of its segments. Non-institutional investors have showed the most interest, followed by the retail segment.
The company, which manufactures welding consumables, wear plates, wear components, and heavy engineering gear for core industries, raised ₹47.14 crore from anchor investors before launching its IPO on September 26.
The issue’s price band is ₹159-₹168 per equity share. The Diffusion Engineers IPO is projected to raise 158 crore at its highest price range. Investors can bid for at least 88 equity shares and multiples of 88 shares after that.
As of 15:18 p.m., the QIB portion was subscribed 60.29 times while the NII portion was subscribed 183.6 times. The Retail portion was subscribed 75.28 times whereas the Employee Reserved portion was subscribed 84.40 times.
