Dreamfolks Services IPO subscribed 56.68 times

The company’s IPO was lapped up by investors with overall subscription of 56.68 times at 5 pm on August 26, 2022. Subscription for the categories of Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), non-institutional investors and retail categories stood at 70.53x, 37.66x and 43.66x, respectively.

94,83,302 equity shares were issued in the public offering of Dreamfolks Services. Of these, 17,24,236 shares were parked for retail investors, 51,72,711 shares for QIBs and 25,86,355 shares for non-institutional investors.

The IPO for Dreamfolks Services began on August 24, 2022, and closed on August 26, 2022.
