On the first day of the sale on Friday, all of the shares in Enviro Infra Engineers, a business that specialises in the creation of turnkey solutions for sewage treatment plants and sewerage systems, were subscribed for.
The IPO was oversubscribed 12.52 times on the second day of public subscription. Today is the third and last day of bidding on the issue.
With more than 153.8 times the shares available, the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment was the highest booked at the end of the third day. Retail investors came in and subscribed to the public offering 24.48 times, following the NII’s lead.
Data gathered from the BSE website indicates that on the third day of the IPO, the QIB part was subscribed 157.4 times. Stock market investors have responded favourably to the IPO thus far, particularly those in the NII industry.
Enviro Infra Engineers was able to raise over 195 crore rupees from anchor investors on Thursday. The IPO of the company is valued at ₹650 crore, and the price of each share is between ₹140 and ₹148. The IPO includes the promoters’ sale offer (OFS) of 52.68 lakh shares in addition to the new issuance of 3.87 crore equity shares.
