The issue received bids for 52,98,330 equity shares out of 88,58,630 shares available, i.e., 60% of the shares reserved.
The retail portion of the IPO has been subscribed 91%, demonstrating strong demand from individual investors. In the NII (Non-Institutional Investor) category, the public issue has been subscribed 61%, while in the eligible employees’ category, it has been subscribed an impressive 2.77 times with nil subscription in QIB portion.
Prior to the opening of the issue, Netweb Technologies successfully raised Rs 189 crore from a range of anchor investors on July 14. The IPO will be open for subscription until July 19. The allotment of units is anticipated to take place on July 24, and the company aims to list the issue on the stock exchanges by July 27.
